A Licensed Real Estate Agent (REALTOR®) has the ability to provide estimates on your home's retail value but is not an estimate that can be used for acquiring a second mortgage or selling the home base don that value. A Licensed Appraiser must be hired to provide this. However, feel free to contact me to set up a time to provide you with an estimate.

A Licensed Appraiser is best and most accurate option to obtaining good current estimate of your home's value. You should know that whether or not you have your home appraised by a Licensed Appraiser, the lender who finances the purchase of yiour home to the buyer will also be calling an Appraiser to give an estimate.
